The latest update, v3.679, introduces meaningful improvements across automation, casing design, simulations, and risk assessment.
Instead of configuring each simulation manually, engineers can now define a ruleset once and apply it across multiple designs. This ensures faster workflows and alignment with company casing and tubing standards—while administrators can lock rulesets to guarantee consistency.
You can now simulate production from multiple zones, defining detailed parameters for each. This better reflects the complexity of today’s wells and supports smarter planning.
After extensive testing, the Casing Wear module has officially exited Beta. The update also brings a clearer BHA renderer, refined tooltips, and more consistent wear charts — making the tool both more reliable and easier to use.
The Blowout & Kill module now allows configurable probabilities for blowout duration, giving engineers more control in environmental risk assessments.
