Oliasoft

Built on Audited Standards, Designed for Trusted Well Engineering

Oliasoft helps energy companies plan, automate, and improve well engineering workflows with confidence. Our approach to trust, security, quality, and responsible operations is built on internationally recognized ISO standards and embedded into the way we work every day.

Built on Audited Standards, Designed for Trusted Well Engineering

Oliasoft is certified to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, reflecting structured management systems for information security, quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety. For our customers, these standards help reduce supplier risk, protect sensitive engineering data, support consistent delivery, and provide a reliable foundation for long-term collaboration.

Our Certifications are Evidence of our Operational Discipline

ISO certifications are not simply formal requirements for Oliasoft. They represent a structured way of working across security, quality, risk management, sustainability, safety, and continuous improvement. That matters because customers do not only need software that works. They need a partner they can trust with sensitive data, complex workflows, business-critical decisions, and long-term operational change.

Our management systems help ensure that governance, risk management, information security, process control, supplier oversight, and quality assurance are applied consistently across our activities. Working with Oliasoft means working with a partner focused on reducing operational, security, quality, and supplier risk.

Our compliance approach supports four practical customer outcomes:

Certifications at a glance

ISO standards are internationally recognized management-system standards that demonstrate that Oliasoft has structured and independently assessed ways of managing security, quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety.

For US customers, these standards play a similar assurance role to familiar frameworks and programs such as NIST, SOC 2 vendor-risk reviews, OSHA-aligned safety expectations, EPA environmental management practices, and ANSI-recognized management standards. For the convenience of our U.S.-based customers, we’ve provided U.S. reference points for each of the ISO certifications we hold.

How Compliance is Embedded in Oliasoft Operations

Oliasoft’s ISO standards are integrated into daily operations. They guide how services are designed, delivered, monitored, reviewed, and improved. This means our compliance approach is not limited to annual audits. It is reflected in the way we manage risk, build software, support customers, assess suppliers, respond to issues, and improve internal processes.

Our operating model includes:

Security and Customer Data

Oliasoft recognizes that customers rely on our platform for sensitive engineering workflows and business-critical information. Protecting that data is central to our trust and compliance approach. Our information security management system is designed to identify and manage security risks across people, processes, technology, and suppliers. Security controls are reviewed and improved over time as our products, customers, and threat landscape evolve.

AI, Automation, and Customer Control

Oliasoft develops automation and AI-supported workflows to help engineering teams work more efficiently while maintaining professional control, traceability, and accountability. Where AI-enabled capabilities are used, Oliasoft’s trust approach should be clear: customers need to know how data is handled, whether outputs are traceable, whether human review remains part of the workflow, and whether customer information is used to train models.

Oliasoft does not use customer data to train shared AI models unless expressly agreed with the customer. AI-supported workflows are designed to support human decision-making, not replace engineering accountability. Customer-controlled data, traceability, access governance, and change logs help ensure that automation remains auditable and transparent.

Supplier and Subprocessor management

Trust also depends on the partners, suppliers, and subprocessors involved in delivering Oliasoft services. Oliasoft’s management systems support structured supplier evaluation, risk assessment, and ongoing oversight. This helps ensure that third-party services used in product delivery, infrastructure, analytics, support, and operations are reviewed in line with Oliasoft’s security, quality, and compliance expectations.

Documentation and evidence

Oliasoft supports customer assurance and vendor-risk processes by making relevant compliance documentation available to customers and prospects where appropriate. Available documentation can include ISO certificates, security documentation, policy summaries, data-processing information, and other vendor-risk materials. Customers and prospects can request relevant compliance documentation as part of their procurement, security, or vendor-risk review.

Choosing Oliasoft Means Choosing Trust

Choosing Oliasoft means choosing a partner with built-in security, structured risk management, consistent delivery practices, responsible operations, and a strong foundation for scalability. Our ISO certifications provide external evidence of that commitment. More importantly, they reflect how Oliasoft works: with clear processes, accountable governance, continuous improvement, and a practical focus on customer trust. For customers, this means lower vendor risk, greater confidence in delivery, and a partner aligned with globally recognized best practices.
